STEFAN MALEŠEVIĆ set to shoot this winter in Bosnia and Herzegovina

-Mamonga, Stefan's first fiction feature, is in pre-production - A three-part film, set in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro. Shooting starts on winter in Tuzla, Bosnia. The project was selected for Kino Der Kunst Project Pitch in Munich, part of the film festival by the same name, held this April, where 8 alumni of European film academies have been selected to compete for the main prize (post-production funding by ARRI), awarded by the jury presided by Doryun Chong, main curator of M+ museum in Hong Kong.

The festival will also screen his short film "The Bucket Rider" as a part of their official program.

Cartegena Film Festival recently held a retrospective of the work of Bistrik7's film.factory teacher and mentor Apichatpong Weerasethakul. Gonzalo Escobar Mora, who was also screening work in the festival, took the opportunity to catch up with him and also filmed an interview with him for Fandor.

Morelia Film Festival screening and presentation

DOBRO, Marta Hernaiz-Pidal's short film will be shown on the 24 and 25 of October at Morelia Film Festival, one of the most recognized film festivals in México.

Marta Hernaiz-Pidal's short film DOBRO had its USA premiere at New York Film Festival in October as part of the Emerging Filmmakers Showcase, this narrative program features seven unique films from seven countries in six different languages.
